2026 Football Head Coach Bios

Coach Keith Wolowodiuk | Jr. Pee-Wee Head Coach

I'm honored to be your Junior Pee Wee Head Coach this season. I live in Lincoln with my wife Adrienne and our five kids, so when I say I understand what it means to trust a coach with your child, I mean it personally.

My family has been part of this football program for four years, with three of my boys coming up through the ranks — and this season my youngest joins the Junior Pee Wees. That's one of the biggest reasons I'm on this sideline. I want every player on this roster to have the same experience my son is going to have: learning the game the right way, in a safe environment, with coaches who are genuinely invested in them.

My background is in leadership and operations — I'm an Operations Manager at Kaiser Permanente and a former U.S. Army National Guard officer. That experience shapes how I coach: with structure, accountability, and a real investment in the people I lead. At this age, my focus is fundamentals, safety, and making sure every kid walks off that field loving the game more than when they walked on. I measure success by growth and effort, not just the scoreboard.

When I'm not on the sideline, you'll find me at the baseball diamond — our family has been part of Lincoln Little League for seven years and counting. Football has become another big part of our family's story, and I'm grateful to help build that same story for yours.

Coach Robert Tansley | Pee-Wee Head Coach

Coach Robert Tansley brings a lifelong love of football, two decades of military leadership, and a strong passion for youth development to the Lincoln Jr. Zebras program. Entering his fourth season coaching youth football and his second season as Head Coach, Coach Tansley is focused on building a disciplined, physical, and team-first culture.

His coaching philosophy is rooted in the motto “Builders, Not Breakers.” Coach Tansley believes youth football is about more than wins and losses—it is about developing accountability, confidence, effort, and character. He expects players to show up ready to learn, give maximum effort, and grow every day as athletes and teammates.

We Can. We Must. We Will.
